The Board of the Scottish Rowing, usually known as the Scottish Rowing Board, is elected by the Annual General meeting of the Association. The membership of the Board comprises:

  • The Treasurer (for 3 years)
  • The Secretary (for 3 years)
  • Ordinary Members for coaching (for 3 year2)

The Board meets monthly or more frequently as required by the business in hand. Individual members of the Board also play an active part in the wider management and organisation of the sport in Scotland through their roles on sub-committees.
