Indoor rowing is a non-traditional, high energy sport for pupils to compete in as individuals or as teams. This sport is something different which is simple and easily accessible, for an all over body work out, where no-one is left behind!
Anyone can take part in the league, with scores being submitted electronically. Pupils who enter earn points towards the school total simply by taking part and there are extra points if they finish in the top 10 for their age category in each round. The school with the most points at the end of the league will be awarded the trophy and crowned champions.
