Rowing in Scotland: The Next Chapter
Scottish Rowing’s new strategy sets out a clear direction for the future of our sport - building on the progress of recent years while responding to the opportunities and challenges ahead.
Developed through extensive engagement with clubs, volunteers, athletes and partners across Scotland, the strategy reflects a shared ambition: to grow rowing in ways that strengthen our community, widen access to the sport and support success on the national and international stage.
At its heart, the strategy focuses on creating the conditions for rowing to thrive - supporting clubs, investing in people and ensuring our sport remains welcoming, relevant and sustainable for the years ahead.
The strategy provides the framework that will guide Scottish Rowing’s work over the coming years, while allowing flexibility to adapt as the sport evolves.
