Scottish Rowing Licence

We encourage everyone involved in rowing in Scotland to hold a Scottish Rowing membership. This can be either a Non‑Competitive Membership or a Competitive Membership (Senior, Student, Junior or Adaptive) for those who wish to race.

If you have previously held a Scottish Rowing Licence, please do not create a new account, as it will not link to your existing rowing history. If you’re unable to reset your password using the Forgot Password link, please contact SRmembership@scottish-rowing.org.uk for support.

If your previous club managed your licence on your behalf, email SRmembership@scottish-rowing.org.uk and we can reconnect your details to your original licence and provide access instructions.

If you already have a Scottish Rowing membership, you can log in using the link below. Your username will be the email address associated with your account.

am unable to reset my password using ‘Forgot Password’ link?
I have previously been a member of a club that renewed mMembership and I do not have the login details?
I row for an English, Irish or Welsh Club and want to compete in an event in Scotland. Can I do that using my British Racing Licence?
    • Your British Rowing licence allows you to compete in Scottish Rowing competitions for your British Rowing Affiliated club, but you will first need to register with Scottish Rowing (free). You can follow our Membership How To Guide or email SRmembership@scottish-rowing.org.uk for assistance.
How do I set up my membership?
I have more than one child who needs a racing licence. How do I do this?
I am a Club Administrator and I keep getting emails to Approve people. How do I do that and why do I need to?
    • You need to do this so your members profiles are properly visible to the club. Without doing this you may not be able to access information required for making event entries.
    • Log in to your membership account. To approve members you need to be in the Club Administration Area. You can access it via the Menu icon on the top left of your screen by clicking the Purple Club profile tile. In the middle window on your screen click the Club Members tab. Under the circles there a green drop down box. Change the selection to ‘Summary by Club member Status’. One of the circles will say ‘Pending Approval’ – click this circle. You will see a list of the club members requiring your approval. If this has not been done for some time some of these members licences may have already expired. Click on the 3 dots on the top right of a members tile and select Approve or Reject.
I already have an SR Membership but I want to be able to race, how do I upgrade my membership?
Can I compete in England with my Scottish Rowing Racing Licence?
