Two more Scottish athletes won a silver medal apiece for GB today at the U23 World Championships in Rotterdam.

North Lanarkshire Council have advised that water activity at the loch is currently restricted due to a recent water quality risk management analysis.
Experienced Sailors, Rowers and Canoeist/Kayakers are able to use the loch with further risk reduction advice being issued by North Lanarkshire Council.
All experienced users wishing to use the water during this time will be required to sign a consent form available at the Booking Office, Boatshed and Gym facility.

The GB Rowing Team made a confident start to the 2016 Junior World Championships on Wednesday morning as six crews made good progress through their heats in Rotterdam.

Big gusts of wind were unable to prevent GB Rowing Team’s defending champions making smooth progress on Monday afternoon as the Senior World Championships got under way in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Polly Swann and Karen Bennett, both from Edinburgh, were in the GB women's eight that stormed through to take silver medals behind USA in Saturday's final.
This means that a new record of four Scottish medals were gained over the three days of finals at the Lagoa Stadium.
